Detached Accessory Dwelling Units

A standalone home for the rest of your life.

Detached accessory dwelling unit — a small cottage on a green yard
No. 01Overview

The scope, plainly.

A DADU — detached accessory dwelling unit — is a freestanding second home on your property. Unlike an attached ADU, it sits apart from the main house with its own foundation, roofline, and outdoor approach. That separation is what makes them so versatile: privacy for an aging parent, rental potential, a dedicated studio, or simply more livable space for a growing family.

  • Custom or Pre-Approved DADU Plans
  • Single-Story and Two-Story Configurations
